WHY

Why, for 100 meter square apartment at down town we must pay about 250.000.$ until 500.000.$?
I just spend about 5.000.$ for help my employee to have 100 meter square house and buy 1 new motor cycle, event he must live 50 km from down town.
just because we want live at down town we must pay 250.000.$ until 500.000.$, more expensive more exclusive the broker says.
