Good for Citibank, they have a new CEO now, just like us, they also change their CEO at crisis. Poor for their customer, because for the true is, Citibank not lose much money. They just need to make a new company, for recondition or renovation their asset, and sell it as a new one. Not difficult to recondition a house, apartment or building. I think they only lose time, and they must have add more funds for their "Over head". And I think this time, they must be fight with the time .
