Thanksgiving

Talking about thanks giving is always exciting for me , and I remember it because it is near with the Christmas too.Yeah..most of every body in this world celebrating Christmas with happily and before it that they would celebrating thanksgiving day.
In my place celebrating this thanksgiving day is nice but what I know that my friends who had stayed in United States is very great to celebrating this day. They spent hours to queue at the shopping centre to buy things that have great discount.
But what I know then we didn't need to queue or standing a lot of time in front of the shopping place anymore.I said like this because we can have email alerts to let us know that black Friday ads have been posted so we can buy it with very nice without standing in the line like the old ways they did.

So my friends told me that at this 2008 thanksgiving specials , they really have specials things with special services too. I see that two year programs are the most common. And others sonography tech can have training in hospitals, vocational or technical schools and it can be at the Armed forces too.
After that they can be a good sonography technician and have ability to heard or use of sound waves to generate an image for the assessment and diagnosis of various medical conditions

Black Friday

Looking at this thanksgiving deals reminds me, with the last big deal at thanksgiving... yeah.. actually it is not me..but my brother did it at Wall mart.

Vitamin B6

Researchers at Scotland's University of Edinburgh recruited more than 2,000 subjects with colorectal cancer, and about 2,700 healthy control subjects. When vitamin consumption was assessed for each subject, researchers found that high levels of B6 intake reduced colorectal cancer risk by more than 20 percent.

In addition, the Edinburgh team conducted a meta-analysis of colorectal cancer studies in which B6 was tested. The result: High B6 intake reduced colorectal cancer risk by nearly 20 percent. In this analysis, B6 protection against colorectal cancer was slightly higher among subjects over the age of 55.

Bananas and chicken breast have particularly high levels of vitamin B6. Red meat, fish, beans, fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens are also good sources.

As for supplementing, HSI Panelist Allan Spreen, M.D., recommends 100 mg of B6 daily, along with other B vitamins, of course, and magnesium. Dr. Spreen: "B6 is definitely more effective in the company of magnesium – they work together intimately in the body."

Talk to your doctor before supplementing with magnesium or vitamin B6, especially if you have Parkinson's disease. Evidence shows that high levels of B6 may reduce potency of levodopa, a Parkinson's medication. Note also that levodopa may contribute to B6 deficiency.

Lemo Connector

After have two days vacation...I mean it weekends ha..ha..ha.. I try to search internet tonight. This time I saw a lemo connector site. I like to see it because it gives me a lot of information that I don't know before. And for the design it is very much and we can used it which is fix for ours.

And the price is quite fair too. We can buy it online with credit card. It is nice and there have a support centre for us. So when we have a problem or don't know which one is suit for us we can get a contact and all our needs can answered by them.

But I think my friend who has a factory must need it very much. You know having a factory must have a lot of problems and will this site will help him very much. How people pump-and-dump scams work ?

Scammers buy stock in a small company, often with stock prices of only a few dollars per share. Two primary causes of Anemia

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Starbucks Corp is testing $1 coffee and free refills in its Seattle outlets as the global gourmet coffee chain grapples with slower consumer spending and rising competition from fast-food rivals. Company shares were up at midday on the Nasdaq, rising 2.3 percent, or 43 cents, to $19.11.
Starbucks is experimenting with a smaller, "short" $1 cup as well as free refills for brewed coffee. Starbucks charges around $1.50 to $4.00 for a coffee, depending on size and flavor.
In a statement, Starbucks said, "This test is not indicative of any new business strategy."
The company said testing is part of its ongoing business and that the company will not comment on specifics of its test campaigns until a final decision is made.
Shares in Starbucks have lost around half their value over the past year amid worries about U.S. consumer spending, over-expansion and competition from fast-food rivals such as McDonald's Corp that offer specialty coffees.
Regular coffee prices at both McDonald's and Dunkin' Donuts, a unit of Dunkin' Brands Inc., start in the low $1 range.
Starbucks announced a management reshuffle earlier this year, bringing Howard Schultz back into the chief executive position. It also said it would close underperforming U.S. outlets and speed up international growth.
