Good for Citibank, they have a new CEO now, just like us, they also change their CEO at crisis. Poor for their customer, because for the true is, Citibank not lose much money. They just need to make a new company, for recondition or renovation their asset, and sell it as a new one. Not difficult to recondition a house, apartment or building. I think they only lose time, and they must have add more funds for their "Over head". And I think this time, they must be fight with the time .

3 month ago I have introduce my neighbour, to apply as a product manager at my friend company. He lose his job 6 month ago, 3 month after that he also lose his new car. Surprise me, 1 month after that he already ride a new car. When I make a joke about his car, he start to explain to me how he take
auto loans from bank. Wow surprise me, because at this time, when people must fight with economy crisis. We still have a bank like
"bad credit loans", who still care and want give people credit, event they have black list or bad record before.
